Your negative emotions have all been learned, beginning in child- hood. And what has been learned can be unlearned, sometimes
quite quickly.You can learn any habit or skill that you consider to be either desirable or necessary. Especially, you can learn positive, constructive ways of thinking about people, money, health, and other factors to cancel out negative ideas that limit your potential and interfere with your success.
Many negative ideas or attitudes are based on false premises. Sometimes a negative idea about a subject, or a negative attitude toward a person, can be completely reversed with a single piece of new information. You could suddenly learn that an idea you had about yourself or another person was not true. As a result, you could change your thinking in an instant. Be open to this possibility.
Negative emotions exist only because we give them life and then keep them alive. We feed them by continually thinking and talking about things that make us angry or unhappy. Fortunately, you can change this situation by applying the Law of Emotion. This law states, “A stronger emotion will dominate and override a weaker emotion, and whichever emotion you concentrate on grows and becomes stronger.”
What this means is that whatever emotion you dwell upon grows and eventually dominates your thinking in that area. If you with- draw your mental energy from a person or situation that makes you sad or angry by refusing to think about it, the emotion connected with that situation eventually dies away. Like a fire with no fuel, it goes out.
You have experienced this many times already. For example, as we grow up, we have relationships with the opposite sex. Most of them do not work out over time.When they end, we are often emotionally distressed and hurt.We are often sad, angry, depressed, preoccupied, and unhappy. These feelings last for a certain period. Then we recover.We meet someone else. Gradually we forget about the unhappy ending of the earlier relationship. Months or years later, we look back or even meet the other person, and we cannot imagine how emotionally involved we were with him or her. Because we did not feed them, the feelings have died away completely. This is an example of the laws of substitution and emotion in action in your own life.

WILL SMITH HAS STARTED SHOOTING ‘BAD BOYS 3′ MOVIE
It’s been nearly 16 years since Bad Boys 2 was released, but good things come to those who wait. Two months after confirming that Bad Boys 3 would definitely be happening, Will Smith has confirmed that he’s already shooting the film.
“Day 1. I’ll keep y’all posted,” Will wrote in an Instagram Though the image doesn’t show much, it does confirm that Bad Boys for Lif3 is the film’s official title. A release date of Jan. 17, 2020 was previously set, so we have just about a year left to wait!
In Production Weekly‘s issue dated Jan. 3, they report that the film will follow “the Miami PD and its elite AMMO team’s attempt to take down Armando Armas (Jacob Scipio), head of a drug cartel.” The description continues, “Armando is a cold-blooded killer with a vicious, taunting nature. He is committed to the work of the cartel and is dispatched by his mother to kill Mike (Will Smith). Paola Nuñez will take on the role of Rite, the tough and funny criminal psychologist who is the newly appointed head of AMMO and Mike’s former girlfriend — and the one who got away.”
In addition to Bad Boys For Lif3, Will has been working on the animated film Spies in Disguise alongside DJ Khaled, hitting theaters in September, as well as the live-action Aladdinremake, where he will play the Genie.

Our success in life is measured by our strength to face overwhelming challenges and over come them; As we age, there is no guarantee that life will be rosy instead, it becomes a series of problems, disappointments, sadness, unhappiness, and meltdown…The fact is, these adversities are completely natural,normal and unavoidable and we can’t change them but we can change the way we react to them…
It is almost eighteen years and l still remember it like yesterday when a friend had to choose between taking a risk and giving up on his dream of getting a formal education.. It was a though moment in his life but at the end he defied all odds and triumphed ..It was after his graduation from the Junior high school where he was forced to stay at home and forget about going to Senior High School due financial hindrances.. A lot of advices were suggested for him in exemption of getting formal education but out of all the suggestion that were being offered, he decided, he would go to school… He began to work menial jobs to enable him raise money… During work hours, he would focus his energy on his ambitions and this trait fueled his desire to work hard and raise money and put himself through school.
Of course, where there is constant persistence, resistance breaks. Four years on, he was able to raise some money and put himself through school.. The rest became a history.. As a matter of fact, he has had his fair share of disappointment, setbacks, problems and challenges on his path to greatness but today , he is a renewed Doctor and Professor with a PhD. . Sometimes the only thing standing in your way is yourself and if you can change your thinking about situations then you can automatically change your life..
Life is not fair just get used to it..

American rapper Diggy Simmons’ trip to Ghana ‘heartbreaking but was a galvanized sense of pride’

Multiple award-winning American rapper Daniel Dwayne Simmons III, popularly known as Diggy Simmons or Diggy, has shed light on what he has learnt on his recent trip to Ghana.
In December last year, Diggy, alongside when top Hollywood stars including Boris Kodjoe, Idris Elba and top model Naomi Campbell among others, visited Ghana for the week-long inaugural Full Circle Festival.
The Full Circle Festival was established to honour our ancestry by celebrating our heritage and generational legacy.
According to Diggy, this trip was an eye opener but ‘as heartbreaking as it was to stand on those grounds, my takeaway—apart from feeling both inspired and devastated—was a galvanized sense of pride.’
He said noted that the media and societal narratives ‘has often viewed Africa with a lens of violence, poverty, and underdevelopment,’ causing generations of Africans to abandon their own heritage and traditions.
Diggy shared a photo of him in Ghana garbed in Kente cloth with a long caption:
“Perhaps I’m ignorant. Perhaps I have been for some time now. Many of my perceptions, or misperceptions rather, were overdue to be rightfully shattered. It’s a shame—as one with many friends from Cameroon, Nigeria, and other countries throughout the continent of Africa—that I have remained so unaware. These friends raved about their homelands, and somehow their praise fell upon deaf ears, in part due to that as a child, Africa, to me, seemed branded as less than alluring. The media and my societal narrative has often viewed Africa with a lens of violence, poverty, and underdevelopment. This portrayal has caused generations of Africans to abandon their own heritage and traditions. During my trip to Ghana, I can’t say I’ve ever felt more comfortable in a space. I don’t think I stopped my Shaku Shaku from the time I got off the plane. Every stereotype that’s been perpetuated never pointed to me feeling this free. I was also fortunate enough to visit the slave dungeons in Cape Coast—small quarters where over a hundred of my potential ancestors were held captive on any given day with no nourishment, suffering in their own faeces and urine. As heartbreaking as it was to stand on those grounds, my takeaway—apart from feeling both inspired and devastated—was a galvanized sense of pride. I felt as if I gained a more authentic and emboldened sense of self, furthering my own understanding of endurance through my ancestors’ plight.”

Medical breakthrough as Swedish woman becomes world’s FIRST to get pregnant after having a womb transplant performed using a robot
A woman has become pregnant after having a uterus transplant performed with a robot, scientists have revealed.
The world-first procedure was done in Sweden in 2017 and the mother-to-be is now expecting her child in spring this year.
Uterus transplants involve surgically removing the womb of one woman and implanting it into one who cannot have a baby naturally.
When the Swedish woman, whose name and age are unknown, gives birth she will be only the 14th person ever to have a baby after a womb transplant.
Doctors said using robots for the procedure has ‘a great future’ and makes surgery less damaging for donors.
Five other women have undergone womb transplants through robotic surgery at the University of Gothenburg. However, none of them have yet to become pregnant.
Using surgical robots allows the procedure to be done through five 1cm-wide holes in the donor’s body – unlike much bigger cuts needed by human surgeons.
This leads to the patients losing less blood and spending less time in hospital after donating their womb, the experts say.
Eight of the 14 babies born after uterus transplants have been born in Sweden, with others in the US, Brazil, Serbia and India.
The robotic breakthrough comes after another world-first last year, in which it was revealed a baby had been born from a uterus transplanted from a dead donor.
The life-changing surgery is carried out on women who are unable to have children naturally – for example, those with Mayer Rokitansky Küster Hauser, a condition which means they are born without a womb.
‘I think robotic surgery has a great future in this area,’ said Professor Mats Brännström, a world-leading researcher in the field.
He added: ‘We haven’t saved as much time as we thought we would, but we gained in other ways.
‘The donor loses less blood, the hospital stay is shorter, and the patient feels better after surgery.’
The robot is controlled by two surgeons who use joysticks which convert their movements into millimetre-precise motions in the robot arms.
